There are those who capture a moment in time and others who create a moment and shoot it, both are great but it is more personal when staged. Philip Karlberg is one talented photographer, his newest set of images is called 33RPM and they just look great!

He carefully placed and centered delicious desserts right on the center of a vinyl, had them spin and snapped photos. The spinning was ridiculously slow, he either modified it through his camera or in post production. Anyway, these photographs look gorgeous, and though it omits all the tasty details of the desserts, it somehow adds a new layer of deliciousness to them.

The desserts were created by talented chef Mattias Nyhlin and together with the photography of Philip, they created this amazing project. He has plenty more photography to showcase so be sure to check out his website.
