When it comes to advertising, I not much of a fan when it comes to using familiar brands in order to sell another product. In this case, UAE-based design firm Livingroom, borrows popular logos such as Starbucks, Wendy’s, Versace, etc in order to pass on a point and that is promoting themselves.

The slogan for this ad series is “We live so that Brands can. Lets Live” and it’s basically inviting brands to get out of the stone age and aim higher. It is a nice set of ads where the logos come to life rather than stick to their current state.

Though like I said I’m not much of a fan, these ads kind of target the owners of these brands and that may be a fast way of getting their attention, so well done.
