McDonald’s Package is a wonderful TV ad that is very simple yet states an honest fact, or should I say a very honest one. Directed by Sven Lützenkirchen and created by advertising agency DDB and Heye & Partner, this ad is a perfect example of so little with so much outcome.
The ad is about an ordinary boy minding his business eating his McDonald’s lunch, kids around him always tend to share his food regardless of whether he allows it or not. This ad pulls off a very bold move that I usually neglect but in this ad, I don’t mind it, it is flat out true.
Also notice how the ad is very simple, it is one setting, one camera, one major actor and it is done beautifully. Check the video out and you’ll see what I mean.
