Isn’t it amazing how some of the world’s harshest terrain can also be one of the most beautiful?

The following video is a time-lapse done in the Arctic, and I have to say that it makes me want to pack my bags and camera and go straight to the freezing climate to take pictures.

You could stop the video is any random second and have an award winning photograph on your hands!

The video was shot by Terje Sorgjerd, a photographer from Norway whose work is nothing short of mind-blowing.

The work he does requires extreme dedication. On the trip he faced numerous obstacles and harsh conditions. To name a few, he broke a lot of his camera lenses, he fell into the freezing water, and he slipped off a very tall rock which resulted in him going to the hospital.
